Marcin Makowiecki has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Marcin started their career as an Intern at British American Tobacco in 2006 and later worked as a Marketing Training Administrator at British American Tobacco Polska. Marcin also worked as a Contractor at Synovate.
In 2007, Marcin joined Syngenta International AG as a member of the "Employer Brand" Project Team. Marcin then moved to Deloitte Poland, working in various marketing roles including Marketing - CRM and eMarketing. Marcin was responsible for online activities, research, analysis, and master data management.
Marcin then joined Trigon Dom Maklerski as an Internet Manager, responsible for developing the company's online activities. Marcin later returned to Deloitte Poland as a Senior CRM Coordinator, focusing on effective usage of data resources.
In 2016, Marcin joined EY as a Sales Enablement - Supervising Associate, and in 2018, they joined Deloitte Polska as the Marketing Lead for Consulting in Poland. Marcin later took on additional roles within Deloitte, including Senior Manager - Marketing for Functions and Head of Video Studio, where they led the establishment and management of an in-house video agency.
Currently, Marcin is working at Ringier Axel Springer Polska as the Head of B2B Marketing.
Marcin Makowiecki completed their Master's degree in International Relations at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2002 to 2007. Marcin also pursued Postgraduate Studies in Marketing Analytics at the same institution from 2010 to 2011.
