Joanna Michalik is an experienced professional in financial controlling and content analysis, currently serving as Team Leader in the Financial Controlling Department at Ringier Axel Springer Polska since May 2011. In this role, Joanna oversees video business analysis, prepares editorial budgets, manages expenditure control, and leads a content controlling team. Prior to this position, Joanna worked as a content controller at Grupa Onet.pl SA and as a cashier-customer advisor at Allianz Bank Poland S.A. Joanna holds a Master's degree in Law and Administration from Krakowska Szkoła Wyższa im. A. Frycza-Modrzewskiego and has completed postgraduate studies in Controlling and Finance of Companies at the Cracow School of Business.
