Nina Solli has extensive experience in community development and project management, currently serving as Avdelingsleder for Samfunn utbygging and previously as Prosjektleder for utbygging at Ringerike kommune since August 2010. Prior to this role, Nina held positions as Spesialrådgiver for samfunnsutvikling and worked in Miljø - og arealforvaltningen for Byggesak at the same municipality. Between June 2007 and July 2010, Nina was a Prosjektleder at HR Prosjekt AS, and prior experience includes a role as Prosjektingeniør at Senter Bygg Entreprenør AS from October 2004 to June 2007, and as a Projekt- og byggelederassistent at Roar Jørgensen AS from January 1999 to October 2004. Nina completed education at BI Norwegian Business School in 2011 and Drammen tekniske fagskole from 1991 to 1993.
