Uliana van Lieshout is an accomplished Customer Success Manager at RingCentral since July 2020, managing a multimillion ARR enterprise portfolio in EMEA and the US. Uliana serves as an advisory board member, providing insights to internal leadership on enhancing the Customer Success organization and conducting executive business reviews with CIOs and CTOs to develop strategic success plans. Prior to RingCentral, Uliana held various positions at Amadeus IT Group from September 2012 to June 2020, including Product Line Manager for the Enterprise APIs Platform and Product Manager for Amadeus Web Services. Earlier experience includes a role as an Application Developer at Orange, focusing on network monitoring application development. Uliana's educational background includes an Executive Product Management Program from the University of California, Berkeley, and a dual Master's degree in Telecommunications Systems Engineering from the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble and Politecnico di Torino.
