Kevin Loo is a Senior Program Manager for Self-Service Training at RingCentral, where a transition to customer education has been undertaken since July 2021. Kevin's career began with positions at Nielsen, Independent consulting, First Data, Allen Interactions, and Creative Approaches, accumulating a wealth of experience in instructional design and learning architecture. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
