Jessica A. is an experienced design professional currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at RingCentral since January 2020, after having held the position of Senior Product Designer. Prior to RingCentral, Jessica A. worked as a Lead UI Designer at Vertafore from October 2017 to June 2019 and gained experience as a UI Designer & Art Director at Springbox, a Prophet company, from October 2015 to October 2017. Earlier in the career, Jessica A. was an Art Director at Jordan Advertising from May 2013 to October 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master’s (MLA) candidate in Psychology from Harvard Extension School (2021 - 2022) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Central Oklahoma (2009 - 2013).
