Emil Musabaev has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2008. Emil began their career as a Specialist of Long-range Planning Division, IT Department at the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. In 2011, they became a PHD Student and Senior Lecturer at Kyrgyz State Technical University, while also serving as Deputy Dean, Faculty of Information Technology. In 2014, they took on the role of Software Developer at OWNx, and in 2016 they became a Success Engineer at Iron.io. Most recently, in 2019, they assumed the role of Lead Developer at RingCaptcha.

Emil Musabaev obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in System Analysis, Control Theory and Information Processing from Kyrgyz State Technical University from 2013 to 2017. From 2011 to 2012, they obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the same university. From 2004 to 2009, they studied Software Engineering at Kyrgyz State Technical University.
