Mingfang Shen is an experienced scientist specializing in analytical development and bioassays, currently serving as a Scientist in Cell Therapy Analytical Development at TScan Therapeutics since October 2023. Previously, Mingfang has held the position of Analytical and Bioassay Lead at Takeda, managing vector genome titer and purity assessments, while overseeing junior staff. At Ring Therapeutics, Mingfang contributed to the evaluation of viral vector measurement processes and the development of analytical methods. Mingfang's career began at ImmunoGen, Inc., where responsibilities included developing bioassays and conducting method evaluations for antibody-drug conjugate products. Mingfang holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Medicine from Zhejiang Chinese Medical University.
