Ambika C S is the Founder and CEO of Value Lane Consulting Private Limited, established in June 2024, specializing in the recruitment of specialized and strategic talent for mid to senior-level positions across AI, Data, Analytics, Quantum, Digital, Technology, and related fields. Prior to this, Ambika served as Principal Consultant for Rinalytics at CxSearch Global Partners from April 2019 to May 2024, and as Associate Principal at Rinalytics Advisors since September 2013, contributing to pioneering efforts in Analytics, Data Science, and Risk Management talent acquisition in India. Ambika's career also includes freelance recruitment experience from February 2008 to May 2013, a role as Consultant HR at Strydz Corporate Services, and an earlier position as a Recruiter at ERMG. Ambika holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from JSS Academy Of Technical Education Karnataka.
