Silvia Semenza is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, employee development, and organizational strategy. Currently serving as the Global People Experience Director at RINA since June 2019, Silvia focuses on redesigning the employee life cycle, enhancing people experience, and implementing key initiatives in career development, diversity and inclusion, and engagement. Previously, Silvia held roles such as Head of Italy Recruitment, Development & Learning at RINA, Recruitment Development & Organization Manager at Axpo Italia SpA, and various HR positions at Michael Page International, KPMG, and Eni Refining & Marketing SpA. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Human Resources Management and specialized courses in change management and HR leadership from SDA Bocconi, along with an academic background in Philosophy and Psychology from the Università degli Studi di Genova and Università degli Studi di Firenze.
