Paolo Galati has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Paolo started their career as an Accountant at ISA S.r.l. in 2003. In 2008, they worked as an Accountant at Piaggio Aero Industries. Since 2010, Paolo has been working at RINA, where they have held various roles including Controller, Head of Corporate Control & Reporting, and currently, they are the Head of Corporate Planning & Control.

Paolo Galati obtained a Laurea Specialistica in General Management from Università degli Studi di Genova in 2011. Prior to this, they completed a Laurea Triennale in Economia aziendale/manageriale from the same institution in 2008. Paolo Galati's education history also includes earning a Diploma di Ragioniere e Perito Commerciale Programmatore from Istituto Superiore Tecnico e Scientifico Giuseppe Cesare Abba between 1999 and 2004.
