Giancarlo Garramone has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Giancarlo began their professional journey in 1988 at Di Ciommo Edile, where they served as an Assistant Director and Staff Leader. In 2004, they joined Georgia-Pacific LLC as the HR Plant Manager and Payroll Manager until 2009. Moving forward, Giancarlo worked at D'Appolonia SpA from 2011, holding multiple roles such as Finance & Administration Manager - Staff and Finance & Taxes Manager. Giancarlo then transitioned to RINA in 2016, where they served as the Finance & Foreign Tax Manager and eventually became the Chief of Tender Tax Support in July 2017.

Giancarlo Garramone attended Regione Basilicata - Isfor from 1988 to 1989 and obtained a degree in Export Manager. Giancarlo also attended F. S. Nitti - Potenza from 1982 to 1987, where they earned a degree in Ragioniere e programmatore. In addition, they received a certification in Export Manager from Ist. San Paolo Torino e Regione Basilicata Formazione in 1988.
