Louise Mousseau has extensive experience in technical support and quality inspection, currently serving as Helpdesk Support at RIMSS, Inc. since November 2014. Prior roles include Service Associate at Gotta Play Tennis and Quality Inspector at Texas Machining Enterprises, where visual inspection of engine blocks was performed. From 2007 to 2010, Louise worked as a Senior Lab Technician at Volcano Corporation, focusing on assembling OCT catheter prototypes and gaining clean room experience. Earlier experience includes roles as a Process Technician at ABPS, where stents prototypes were assembled, and as a Parametric Draftman at Royal Window & Door Profiles, performing CNC programming and preparing technical drawings. Louise holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies from Cegep Vieux Montreal, obtained from 1994 to 1997.
