Kyle Decker is a dedicated entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the staffing and sports industries. As the Founder of Red Brick Legacy, Kyle focuses on empowering student-athletes through NIL opportunities and preserving Miami athletics' heritage. Additionally, as Co-Founder of Riley Decker Companies, Kyle plays a key role in establishing a family of staffing brands that cater to diverse industries. Involvement as Co-Owner/Investor at Chatterbox Sports highlights a commitment to supporting student-athletes and local communities, while hosting The Underdog Podcast allows Kyle to connect with others through shared stories of adversity. Kyle has also successfully operated The Job Center Staffing since 2018, building it from a modest beginning to 24 centers across 12 states, while previously holding various leadership roles at The Job Store Staffing. A former high school assistant football coach for the City of Loveland, Kyle’s journey began as a full-time student-athlete at Miami University, where a degree in Speech Communication was earned.
