Erik Dillon has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Erik started their career at Riley Construction Company Inc in 2006 as a Project Intern and later became a Project Engineer. In 2010, they were promoted to the role of Project Manager, where they were responsible for various project management tasks, including design-build, construction management, and general contractor services in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. Erik joined Riley Construction Company, Inc. in 2015 and held the position of Senior Project Manager until 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they served as a Project Executive, and currently, they hold the position of Vice President at the company.

Erik Dillon's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Western Illinois University. Additionally, they have received certification as a LEED Certified Green Associate. Erik also participated in the Leadership AGC program from 2011-2012.
