Heikko Kallaste currently serves as a Product Manager at Riigi IT Keskus / Estonian IT Centre, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kallaste gained extensive experience at Telia from January 2017 to February 2024, where responsibilities included Business Development Manager and Customer Solutions Sales Manager. Earlier, Kallaste worked at Elion Enterprises Ltd as a Service Recovery Specialist from December 2011 to December 2016. Kallaste holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, completed between 2008 and 2012.
