Bob Frew is an experienced Program Manager currently leading Navy Ready Relevant Learning services at Rigid Tactical since August 2023, with a focus on business development and program management for training services within the Navy and other federal initial training organizations. Prior to this role, Bob served as the N5 EOD Subject Matter Expert at the Center for EOD and Diving, managing professional development requirements for Navy EOD. Bob held various key positions, including EOD Course Manager at the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center, Operations Department LCPO at Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit One, and LCPO roles in multiple EOD detachments. Bob's extensive career in explosive ordnance disposal and training is supported by relevant education, including a diploma from the Joint Special Operations University and a contracting officer qualification from the Defense Acquisition University.
