Theresa initially joined RightSourcing in 2016 as a member of our Strategy, Analytics, and Metrics (SAM) Team. Her experience partnering with clients to deliver value-added solutions in response to complex and strategic challenges made for a natural transition to client services leadership.

Clients value Theresa’s industry acumen and ability to take quantitative analysis and qualitative observations and weave them into a narrative of what is happening and why.

Taped to her computer monitor is a note she wrote when she accepted her first job out of college that reads: Don’t start any thought with “I can’t” – instead start with “How can I?” This mindset is how she leads her teams by cultivating a collaborative environment where out-of-the-box thinking is encouraged – and required – to deliver innovative workforce solutions to some of the country’s largest healthcare systems.
