As an experienced leader and trusted advisor focused on developing people, client relationships and digital transformation initiatives, Tom is responsible for the operation and growth of the Rightpoint Motor City business.
Prior to joining Rightpoint, Tom lead the Capgemini Sogeti Detroit location where he managed P&L and grew a portfolio of Michigan-based clients by transforming transactional relationships into ongoing strategic partnerships. A constant entrepreneur, Tom relates well to Rightpoint’s core value of “intrapreneurism” and has helped the Detroit office grow from a small team of smart technologists to a full-service agency within Rightpoint.
Tom loves working with clients to empower employees and better connect with customers to ultimately, change the way they do business.
