Andrea Kollasch has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Andrea started their career in 1999 as a Controller at SCM Properties and held this role until 2005. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as a Controller at AEG Retail Group, Inc. d/b/a Wireless City, where they managed a team and oversaw all financial aspects of the company. Andrea also implemented a system to streamline sales information into the accounting system. In 2012, Andrea became the Owner/Founder of Insight Consulting Group, LLC, where they provided accounting, financial analysis, and tax preparation services to individuals and small to medium-sized businesses. Finally, since 2016, they have been working as a Finance Manager at Rightpoint.

From 1984 to 1987, Andrea Kollasch attended Western Michigan University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus in Accounting and Related Services.
