Timothy Bannister is an experienced professional in the fields of data, technology, and property decision making. Currently serving as the Director of Property Science Innovation at Rightmove since November 2010, Timothy has a strong track record in combining analytics with property insights. Previously, Timothy held various leadership roles at Rightmove, including Director of Data Services and Director of Overseas, as well as Head of Lettings. Prior to Rightmove, Timothy worked as a Senior Associate at Booz & Company and as Vice President at HSBC Securities Inc., focusing on institutional equity sales. Timothy began a career at HSBC Investment Bank as a Corporate Finance Analyst specializing in equity capital markets and project finance. Timothy holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Durham University. Timothy is also an alumnus of Haberdashers' Boys' School.
