Spencer Grimm has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Spencer started their career at The Boeing Company Defense and Space Division, where they worked as a Graphic Designer. During their time there, they were involved in designing corporate websites, four-color publications, and working on large defense contracts.

After leaving Boeing in 1999, Spencer joined Haas - Barth Group as a Systems Administrator for a short period of time. Spencer then moved on to Yakima Chief, Inc. in 2002, where they served as an IT Manager. In this role, they managed the network and infrastructure, corporate website, email, and provided user support. Spencer also successfully upgraded the network and email systems.

In 2004, Spencer joined Keane Inc. as the IT Manager of Hosting Solution. Spencer was responsible for managing the SAS (Software as a Service) solution and oversaw day-to-day operations, including firewall management, Citrix environment, backups, disaster recovery, virtualization, storage, hardware, and networking. Spencer also worked closely with Customer Support for system and application updates.

In 2011, Spencer started working at Valley Medical Center as a Systems Administrator. Spencer held the role of an Epic Systems Manager, running on a Citrix Xen App 6 farm using Provisioning services to deploy HyperSpace across multiple HP blades. Spencer completed a major system upgrade in 2013.

Their most recent work experience is with Right! Systems Inc., where they have been working since 2014 as a Citrix/EUC System Engineer. In this role, they design and deploys virtual computing solutions for both on-premises and mobile environments. Their responsibilities include profile management, printing architecture design, VDI deployments, and application virtualization.

Overall, Spencer Grimm has gained extensive experience in Citrix environments, virtualization, infrastructure management, and system upgrades throughout their career.

Spencer Grimm's education history includes several certifications and degrees in various fields. In 2001, they attended Strategy Computers and obtained an MCSE degree in Network Administration. In 2011, they went to Epic Training facilities and earned a Primary ECSM 100 & 200 degree in Epic Systems. In the same year, they also attended Layer 8 and became a Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA). Additionally, Spencer studied at Bellevue College from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained an AA degree in Arts & Sciences.

Spencer has obtained several additional certifications as well. In January 2022, they received the certification for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service on Citrix Cloud from Citrix. In September 2014, they obtained the CCA for Citrix XenApp certification from Citrix. Furthermore, in December 2011, Spencer obtained the MCP 2008 Server Enterprise Infrastructure certification from Microsoft, and in September 2011, they earned the ECSM 100 & 200 certification from Epic Corporation.
