Mirijam Redinger is a Senior Technical Recruitment Consultant at Right People Group since June 2021, responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates for a wide range of technical and non-technical positions, as well as providing guidance on market trends and talent acquisition strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Procurement Manager and Office Manager at BEAT81, where responsibilities involved managing procurement processes and optimizing office operations. Mirijam also held the role of Office Management at Deliveroo, overseeing German offices, and worked in Stud & Event Management at Rahal Ranch, coordinating events and managing social media and marketing efforts. Mirijam holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wollongong in Dubai and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Equine Business Management from Hartpury University.
