Ashley Gaines is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in technical support and team leadership. Prior experience includes positions at The Kotter Group as Helpdesk Supervisor and Tier 2 Helpdesk Technician, along with server diagnostics at Radiant Systems Inc, and operational management at Gwinnett Medical Center. Ashley holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Gwinnett Technical College.
