Ian Jones is an experienced professional in the technology and operational management sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Right Digital Solutions since October 2017, Ian has overseen the company's establishment post-divestment from Capita PLC, focusing on delivering comprehensive technical solutions for the B2B market. Prior to this, Ian held various director-level positions at The Danwood Group, including Operations Director and Director of Bid Management, where responsibilities encompassed managing contact centers, support teams, and developing engineering talent. Ian also contributed to educational initiatives as Chair of Finance at Acorn Free School. Ian's career commenced at Sydney England Ltd as Customer Service Manager and includes pivotal roles at Sharp Electronics. Ian earned a BA Hons in Business & Finance from The University of Salford.
