Carlos Fontanez currently serves as an Area Manager at Right At School since May 2022. Previously, Carlos held the position of General Manager at D1 SPORTS TRAINING from January 2021 to May 2022, where responsibilities included executing fitness programming, developing staff, driving revenue streams, and maintaining client relations. Prior experience includes roles as Head Coach at Orangetheory Fitness, Assistant Manager at New York Sports Club, and various positions at William Paterson University and North Dakota State University. Carlos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from William Paterson University and has demonstrated expertise in fitness operations, staff management, and customer engagement throughout a progressive career in the fitness industry.
