Melanie Brown has extensive experience in real estate administration and youth justice services. Since May 2010, Melanie has worked at RE/MAX Escarpment Realty Inc Brokerage in multiple roles, including Administration, where responsibilities include assisting over 100 agents, liaising with the public, and managing listings and documents. Additionally, Melanie served as a Listings Coordinator within the same brokerage. Between January 2013 and February 2020, Melanie volunteered with the Youth Justice Volunteer Program, facilitating group and individual programming for youth and maintaining detailed casework records. Academically, Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Criminology & Criminal Justice from Carleton University and a Diploma in Community and Justice Services from Humber College.
