As the Founder and Managing Director of Right Advisors Private Limited since 2008, Himanshu has significantly contributed to the organization's growth by providing innovative solutions and thought leadership. Additionally, as the Managing Partner for India at Glasford International since 2010, Himanshu has leveraged global expertise in executive search consulting. Himanshu also serves as the India Head at Discover Assessments and previously held the position of Head of HR at Tecnova India, where Himanshu spearheaded HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Early career experiences include roles as HR Manager at vCustomer and Manager of HR at Voltas Limited.
