Tracie Canby has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including roles in consulting, client services, and executive leadership. Tracie began their career as an Account Executive at CoreSource and later worked as a Health & Welfare Consultant at Yaffe & Company and Buck Consultants. Tracie then joined Performax as the VP of Client Services and played a key role in building the Cost Management Strategies division at Meritain Health as the SVP. Tracie also served as the Director of Client Services at Truven Health Analytics formerly Thomson Reuters. Currently, they are the SVP and Corporate Division Director of Employee Benefits at RCM&D, where they lead strategic initiatives and oversees employee benefits.

Tracie Canby began their education journey in 1979 at Catoctin High School, where they completed their high school education. Tracie then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 1983 to 1987. Tracie's education includes an additional certification in Leadership Excellence Course and Executive Coaching, which they obtained from Academy Leadership in February 2020. Tracie also holds a certification as an Insurance Agent, specializing in Accident, Health, Life, Variable Life & Variable Annuities, obtained from the Maryland Insurance Administration.
