Phillip Hinshaw has extensive work experience in the transportation industry, with a focus on safety. Phillip has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Safety at Rig Runner and EZE Trucking Holdings, Inc., as well as Director of Safety at Sammons Trucking. Phillip also has experience as an Owner and President at LHC Construction. Additionally, Phillip has worked as a Claims Manager/Safety Coordinator at Gordon Trucking, Inc., an Owner/Operator at Marten Transport, and a Claims Manager at Safeco Insurance.

Phillip Hinshaw attended Washington State University's College of Business and Economics from 1966 to 1971, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics.
