Harshdeep Singh Romana has a diverse work experience history. Harshdeep Singh started their career as an Intern at Unichem Laboratories Limited in 2014. Later, in 2016, they worked as a Concierge at Condor Security Inc. Since 2017, Harshdeep has been associated with Rig Logistics Inc, where they have held various roles. Harshdeep Singh began as a City Planner/Dispatcher and then moved on to become a Highway Lead Planner. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Planner - Cross Border Operations. From 2022, they served as a Logistics Coordinator before being promoted to Director of Operations later in the same year.

Harshdeep Singh Romana began their education at Punjab Technical University in 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. Harshdeep Singh completed their undergraduate studies in 2015. In 2016, Harshdeep enrolled at Centennial College to earn a Post Graduate Diploma in Biotechnology. Their time at Centennial lasted until 2017. Following this, they attended Bow Valley College from 2017 to 2018 to obtain a Post Graduate Diploma in Health and Human Services Management, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
