Natalija Bolsakova currently serves as the Head of Compliance at Rietumu Banka since May 2022. With extensive experience in the compliance field, Bolsakova has held significant roles such as Head of Compliance at Baltic International Bank AS and RENESOURCE CAPITAL AS IBS. Additionally, Bolsakova lectures on compliance topics, including AML and client risk assessment, at Baltijas Datoru Akadēmija and MKC Vertspapīri. Bolsakova's educational background includes a Master's degree in Economics from Banku Augstskola and a professional degree in finance from Latvijas Universitate.
