Jolanta Millere-Livmane currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Rietumu Banka since November 2022. Previously, Jolanta held positions including Human Resources Director and Administrative Director at TV3 Group in Latvia from January 2016 to December 2021, and Head of HR & Administration Function at Modern Times Group MTG AB until August 2019. Jolanta's extensive experience also includes roles such as Head of HR and Administration at Cytec Solvay Group and HR Business Partner at Roaders SIA, among others, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and HR policy development. Jolanta's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Riga Business School and a Bachelor's degree from Latvijas Universitate in Production Management.
