Bill Heintz is an experienced operations and management professional with a robust background in the electronics and aerospace industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations/Integration at Bourns, Inc. since April 2023, Bill also holds the position of General Manager at Riedon Inc. since October 2020. Previously, Bill was General Manager at Cooper Industries/G&H Technology, where management of day-to-day operations and the integration of G&H Technology followed its acquisition was successfully executed. As President of GH Technology, Bill led a private equity-owned business specializing in high-end interconnect products for the Military/Aerospace sector, achieving a significant profitability turnaround. Additional experience includes serving as Director of the Business Office for Tyco Electronics’ military/aerospace connector division, responsible for integrating acquisitions and managing P&L, and as Sales Manager at Johanson Dielectrics. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Gannon University.
