Jessica Drew-Cates has extensive experience in quality supervision and customer service. Currently serving as a Quality Supervisor and Warranty Administrator at Riedman Companies since February 2016, Jessica has honed skills in quality management and warranty processing. Prior to this role, Jessica was a Store Supervisor at Bath & Body Works and White Barn from October 2012 to February 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing store operations and staff management. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting from the State University of New York at Fredonia, attained between 2011 and 2012.
