Lorraine Gillies FRSA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community safety and development. Currently serving as an Associate at RHE Global and Winning Scotland, Lorraine also volunteers with the Riding for the Disabled Association. Previously, Lorraine held prominent positions including Chairperson of Home Safety Scotland and Chief Executive Officer of the Scottish Community Safety Network, where strategic community safety development was a focus. Lorraine's background also includes significant roles at West Lothian Council, where responsibilities encompassed community planning and development management, as well as contributions to the Community Justice Transition Board. Lorraine's educational background includes a BA in Housing, Policy, and Practice from Heriot-Watt University.
