Eric Wollan has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Eric is currently serving as the Chief Capital Assets Officer for the Archdiocese of Chicago, where they oversee real estate, facilities, and construction. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at Tryline Properties from 2009 to 2020. Eric also held the position of Director of OREO at Byline Bank from 2013 to 2016. Other notable roles include Advisor at Loan Management Solutions from 2011 to 2013, Senior Vice President - Director of Acquisitions at ORIX Real Estate Capital from 2004 to 2009, Vice President - Real Estate at Citigroup from 2002 to 2003, and Vice President at RREEF from 1994 to 2002. Additionally, they worked as a Mortgage Banker at Republic Realty Mortgage Corp. from 1992 to 1994, and as the Director of Research and a Broker at Royal LePage from 1989 to 1992.

Eric Wollan holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Eric also has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Northwestern University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained a certification as a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
