Ana Carolina Elizondo Silva has a diverse work experience, starting with an internship at Carmar Logistics, LLC in 2016, where they coordinated logistics and provided customer service. In 2017, they interned at the Permanent Mission of Mexico to the United Nations. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an Administrative Manager at GRUPO ELSI S.A DE C.V. In 2021, they served as a Media Producer at NOVAsia. Currently, they are working at RIDI, where they have held two roles. First, as part of the GMT Strategy team, they analyzed target markets and developed market-specific strategies. Currently, they are involved in the Global Expansion team, contributing to the growth of the company.

Ana Carolina Elizondo Silva pursued their education with a focus on international relations and global affairs. Ana Carolina completed their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Foreign Affairs at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2014 to 2018. In 2017, they also undertook a Summer Communications Program at Chiba University, emphasizing design and visual communication. Additionally, Ana Carolina attended EU Business School in 2017, where they completed their sixth semester of their international relations studies. Continuing their academic journey, they pursued a Master's degree in Global Affairs and Policy at Yonsei University from 2020 to 2022.
