Shayne Antolini is a Senior Analyst at Ridgetop Research, with experience facilitating daily consultations with C-level executives to inform multi-million dollar investment decisions. Since February 2021, Shayne has managed the complete life cycle of projects for Private Equity and Hedge Fund Managers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance. Previous roles at Ridgetop Research include Senior Associate and Associate, focusing on finance research and client satisfaction. Prior to Ridgetop Research, Shayne worked as a Beach Attendant for the Town of Babylon Parks and Recreation, where customer service and facility oversight skills were honed. Shayne also gained leadership and coaching experience as an Assistant Coach for Long Island Beach Bums Lacrosse, contributing to successful team seasons. Shayne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Davidson College, earned in 2020.
