Jennifer Hobbs is an accomplished music educator and performer with extensive experience in directing orchestras and teaching music. Since September 1994, Jennifer has served as the Music Department Chairman and Director of Orchestral Music at Kent School, where responsibilities include directing orchestras and chamber ensembles as well as teaching music appreciation and history. Additionally, Jennifer has been a violinist with the Ridgefield Symphony Orchestra since December 1993. Educational credentials include a Master of Music degree from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Music from Bowdoin College, alongside various music performance programs at institutions such as the University of Miami and Yale School of Music.
