Josh Rafner is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance, law, and community leadership. Since 2002, Josh has served as the CEO of Ridgecrest Capital Partners Incorporated. In addition to this role, Josh has been actively involved in various organizations, including serving on the Board of Trustees for the Marin Symphony Association and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, as well as being a Board Member of the Marin Cultural Association. Josh also holds the position of President at the Marin Rowing Association and has a strong foundation in investment banking, having worked as a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. and as Managing Director, Head of International Investment Banking at Hambrecht & Quist. Josh's educational background includes degrees from Princeton University, Stanford Law School, the University of Chicago Law School, the University of Oxford, and Stockholm University.
