Mike Skilton is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in design leadership and business operations. Currently serving as a Partner at Ridge and Partners LLP since January 2024, Mike previously held the position of Head of Design at Lifestory from April 2021 to January 2024. Before that, Mike was a Director at ArchitecturePLB for over two decades, showcasing keen financial acumen by ensuring the successful operation of a business with a turnover exceeding £3 million. Mike's career began at Hampshire County Council as an Architect and included roles as an Architect and Architectural Assistant at ArchitecturePLB. Mike holds a BA(Hons), DipArch, and DipBRS from Oxford Brookes University.
