Guillermo Cornejo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Guillermo is the Co-Founder and CEO of Riders Share, the largest peer-to-peer motorcycle rental platform. Prior to this, they worked at Hyundai Capital America, where they quickly climbed the corporate ladder to become the Manager II in Collections Strategy & Analytics. Guillermo also gained experience at GM Financial as a Pricing Analyst II and at Nissan North America as a Remarketing Strategy Analyst. Additionally, they have interned at Marcus & Millichap in commercial real estate and worked as a Research Assistant at the Institute for Liberty and Democracy - ILD and as a Research Associate at the Council on Hemispheric Affairs. Guillermo's experiences have provided him with a strong background in data analysis, strategy development, and entrepreneurship.

Guillermo Cornejo obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management, which they pursued from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, they attended Texas Christian University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. In 2008, Guillermo Cornejo attended Georgetown University for a brief period, receiving a Certificate from the Institute for Comparative Political and Economic Systems.
