Maxwell Blanke's work experience is as follows:

- Currently, they are working as a Business Development & Channel Partnerships professional for RideCo. On-Demand Transit since February 2022.

- Previously, they worked for OpenText as a Team lead - Account Development Executive, Account Development Executive, and Account Development Representative from May 2019 to February 2022.

- Prior to that, they worked as an Account Executive for OZ Sales Inc. from July 2018 to April 2019.

- Maxwell also served as a Sales Manager at Waterloo Dodge from July 2017 to May 2018, and as a Digital Sales & Marketing Manager from June 2016 to July 2017 for the same company.

- Additionally, they worked as a Street Team Member (Seasonal) for Corus Entertainment from March 2016 to June 2016.

- Maxwell began their career at Future Shop, where they held the position of Sales And Service Specialist from October 2011 to March 2015.

- Furthermore, they worked as a Broadcast Operator for Celebrity Cruises, Inc. on a 6-month contract from March 2014 to August 2014.

- Lastly, they worked as a Segment Producer & Writer for Rogers Communications from September 2012 to December 2012, and as a Freelance Video Editor for BlackBerry in October 2012.

Maxwell Blanke attended Conestoga College from 2009 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Broadcast Television. In 2016, they briefly attended Georgian College but did not obtain a degree. At Georgian College, Maxwell focused on Automotive Sales. Additionally, in July 2016, they obtained a certification from the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC).
