Mark Iannon has over 15 years of work experience. Mark started their career in 2007 as a Supervisor at Citizens Bank. In 2010, they became a Student Services Manager at Ashford University. In 2015, they took on the role of Operations Manager at AutoAnything, where they were responsible for overseeing Customer Experience, Service Operations, Administration, and Fraud Prevention consisting of 50+ Agents, Senior Agents, Leads and Supervisors. Mark was also directly responsible for process improvements and policy changes. In 2020, they became a Senior Operations Manager and then an Operations Manager at Wheels. Mark is currently a Partner Success Manager at Circuit.
Mark Iannon received their Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University in 2006. In 2010, they completed their Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University.
