Frederic Flessenkämper has been working in the field of product management since 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Communication specialist at Prinzip Eins - Agentur für Kommunikation, where they created user manuals, wrote functional specifications, and developed style guidelines. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing specialist at Salzgitter Mannesmann Precision GmbH, and in 2015 they worked as a Trade Marketing specialist at Fiskars. In 2016, they worked as a Product Management specialist at HELLA and as a Product Strategy specialist at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, where they conducted a strategic business and cost analysis regarding autonomous vehicles and completed their master thesis in the field of autonomous vehicles in the urban mobility environment. Since 2017, they have been working at Huf Group, first as a Junior Product Manager, and then as a Product Manager. In 2019, they joined Wunder Mobility as a Senior Product Manager, where they were responsible for the end-customer focussed product direction and collaborated and co-responsibility for other product lines. Since 2022, they have been working as a Senior Product Manager at Ridecell.
Frederic Flessenkämper has a strong educational background. From 2011 to 2015, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Technical Management and Marketing from the Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences. Frederic then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Product and Asset Management from the same university from 2015 to 2017. In 2013, they also completed a semester abroad at Universitas Udayana (UNUD) in International/Global Studies. In addition, Frederic has obtained several certifications, including Modern Product Leadership from the University System of Maryland in 2022, Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (SSGBC) from the Management & Strategy Institute in 2020, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in 2018.
