Marc Weinheimer is an experienced Economic Development Specialist at the Regional Industrial Development Corporation since April 2023. Previously, Marc held various roles at PNC from June 2016 to August 2021, including Senior Business Analytics Consultant and Senior Investment Performance Analyst. Marc served as a Military Intelligence Officer in the United States Army Reserve from May 2012 to February 2020, attaining the rank of Captain (O-3). Earlier professional experience includes positions as an Investigative/Data Analyst at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from April 2015 to May 2016 and as an Intelligence Analyst at the Delaware Valley Intelligence Center from November 2013 to March 2015. Marc holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Intelligence Studies from Mercyhurst University.
