Vincent Wong has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Vincent currently works at Ricoh (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as a Portfolio & Partner Lead - Cloud & IT Infrastructure (APAC). Prior to this, they served as a Channel & Alliance Manager at Trustwave, where they were responsible for recruiting and nurturing distributors and resellers in the Asia region. Vincent also worked at TMS ATM Software and TMD Security as a Technical Security Consultant and a Project Director, respectively. In addition, they held positions at NCR Corporation, IBM Malaysia Sdn Bhd, IBM, Symantec, Digiland, and Ingram Micro Malaysia Sdn Bhd, where they had roles in solution sales, business development, channel management, and account management.

Vincent Wong obtained a Master's degree in Business and Industrial Marketing from Western Sydney University in the year 2002. Additionally, they have acquired certifications as a Zscaler Certified Sales Professional from Zscaler in August 2021, and as a Netskope Security Cloud Sales Associate from Netskope in March 2021.
