Richard Jones is a seasoned executive in business process services and technology, currently serving as the Director of Business Process Services at Ricoh Europe since November 2019. Jones leads an international team focused on automating document-intensive workflows to enhance compliance, speed, and revenue. Prior to this role, Jones held the position of Enterprise Account Director at Splunk, where efforts were geared towards analytics-driven security and digital transformation. At Xerox, Jones advanced through various leadership roles including General Manager of Financial & Professional Services, overseeing a $60M P&L, and directing significant client and business acquisitions. Richard Jones holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Liverpool John Moores University and has a strong academic background with A-levels and GCSEs from Dr Challoners Grammar School.
