Ignacio Lanza has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and veterinary industry. Ignacio currently holds the position of Head of Global Sales at VetViva Richter GmbH since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of International Sales at Richter Pharma AG starting from May 2020. Ignacio also has experience as a Managing Director at AniCura Tierklinik from November 2017 to February 2020.

Before their role at AniCura, Ignacio worked at Elanco in various positions. Ignacio was the Portfolio Development Director from June 2017 to November 2017. Ignacio also served as the Area Director for Turkey, Middle East, and Africa from September 2013 to June 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Area Director for Central Eastern Europe, North Africa, and Middle East from January 2008 to September 2013. Ignacio's journey at Elanco began in 1996 when they started as the Marketing Associate. Ignacio later became the Global Marketing Manager from July 2001 to July 2003 and the National Sales Manager from June 2003 to November 2007.

Before entering the corporate world, Ignacio worked as an Assistant Professor at Universidad de Le贸n from 1988 to December 1995.
